Vulvar Nourishing Cream

Daily comfort for intimate skin—without a prescription

A fast-absorbing daily cream, developed by a board-certified urologist to provide intimate skin comfort for women as their hormones change.

Formulated with clinically studied DHEA and skin-identical emollients to help maintain soft, hydrated, and resilient vulvar skin.

Preventive intimate care designed to support long-term skin health and resilience, not mask or numb symptoms.

Developed by Dr. Kelly Casperson, board-certified urologist, specializing in female pelvic, sexual health and hormones.

How hormones affect vulvar skin

Hormonal transitions can affect intimate skin earlier, and more noticeably, than many women are told. As estrogen and testosterone levels naturally decline:

  • Skin may become thinner and less elastic
  • Natural oil and moisture production can decrease
  • Blood flow to vulvar tissue may decline
  • The skin barrier can weaken, increasing sensitivity and likelihood of infections

These changes are common, but not inevitable. Daily, targeted intimate care can help support comfort and resilience over time.

Take back control of your intimate health

Your intimate skin deserves the same preventive skincare as the rest of your body.

The daily Vulvar Nourishing Cream is formulated with DHEA, Shea Butter, Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane, and Vitamin D to:

  • Help relieve dryness and irritation by supporting the skin’s natural moisture and lipid balance
  • Help strengthen the skin barrier to reduce sensitivity and discomfort over time
  • Support softness, elasticity and skin texture as hormones change
  • Promote all-day comfort during everyday life, exercise, and intimacy
  • Help maintain healthy vulvar tissue as estrogen naturally declines

Lightweight, comfortable for daily use.

Free from fragrance, parabens, irritants, and artificial ingredients.

How does DHEA work?

DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone precursor naturally produced by the body throughout adulthood.

Unlike oral hormone therapies, topical DHEA is designed to support local skin health, not whole-body hormone levels.

When applied to vulvar skin, DHEA:

  • Helps support the skin’s natural structure and function
  • Helps maintain healthy lipid balance and moisture retention
  • Works at the skin level, without meaningful systemic hormone exposure
  • Has been clinically studied for intimate tissue health, comfort and safety
  • Does not require a prescription when used topically
